We offer two decor and furnishing services designed to fit your specific lifestyle, whether you prefer the flexibility of purchasing pieces on your own or a fully managed, hands-off experience.
A) Hybrid Decor: The DIY, self-purchase experience. With Hybrid Decor, you receive the design expertise of Woods Design House with the flexibility to shop on your own timeline. Our design team curates and sources furnishings and decor from trusted retailers, then provides clickable links for each selected item. You can review, purchase, and install each piece at your own pace, whenever you're ready.
B) White Glove Decor: The full-service, sit back and relax experience. With White Glove Decor, Woods Design House manages every detail from ordering to installation so you don't have to lift a finger. We coordinate the purchasing of your selected furnishings and decor through our trusted local wholesalers and retailers, track shipments, manage inventory through our warehouse, and coordinate delivery and installation.
Once everything is ready, our design team, along with our trusted art and drapery installers brings the full vision to life in your home. All that's left for you to do is walk through the door and experience the grand reveal - HGTV style!
Our furnishing and decor services begin with the Initial Design Consultation where we will combine the information from that meeting with your personal design style and our expertise, to curate a personalized furnishings and decor plan, plus anything else you'll need to complete the design for your room(s). The following is included in your personalized design plan:
STEP 1: INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our designer will walk through your home and assess your decor needs, discuss budget and timeline, create the scope of work to be completed and ask many questions to gather your design style, color preferences and materials that will make your home complete from top to bottom. While we need to see the problem areas in your home so they can be addressed, we do need the home picked up and relatively clean for this visit so we can take photos and measure every corner where needed.
STEP 2: SPECIFICATION OF DECOR
This is where we will specify the decor, furnishings, and accessories. This includes selections like furniture, rugs, artwork, ambience lighting, shelving decor, etc. We then take all of these selections and create beautifully organized color boards to help our clients see the design vision.
STEP 3: PRESENTATION
Once all of your designs are curated to our standard, we will schedule a meeting with you to formally present your cohesive design. At the presentation, you can expect to review your decor selections displayed on a perfectly organized + clean color board. We believe this service is truly essential before beginning any project and allows you to visualize the materials together on color boards.
STEP 4: REFINEMENTS
After your design presentation, we collaborate with you to ensure you see yourself + your personal style in the designs. When necessary, refinements are made and design documents are finalized.
The Initial Design Consultation averages 1-3 hours, and ranges from $250-$650+ depending on the size and scale of the project.

Ongoing design fees are estimated at time of contract after the Initial Design Consultation.

With Hybrid Decor, you can enjoy the DIY experience and set up your selections yourself once they arrive, or you can opt to have Woods Design House return to your home and style the space for you after you've purchased everything.
With White Glove Decor, you can enjoy the sit-back-and-relax experience while we handle everything from ordering and tracking shipments to inventory at our warehouse, delivery, and installation by our design team and trusted art and drapery installers. Then, all that's left to do is come home to your grand reveal, HGTV style.
Once the room is set and complete, final photos may be taken and the project is finalized.
