We are extremely flexible to work with and simply want to offer our services to help you build a fantastic portfolio + grow your construction business.

Once you have established your project scope, you can incorporate Woods Design House into your project plan or refer your client to work with us directly. We will work with you and your client to curate a beautiful design plan based on your budget numbers, and provide everything you need to build out their construction project for a stellar project outcome.

Our design package includes scaled construction renders for all millwork, color boards with all finishes selected, plus colorized renders so you know what the final outcome should look like. We know that our design plans can make the ordering process quite in-depth, so we take this stress off of your plate by purchasing and delivering all of the fixtures for you!

During construction, our Project Accountability partner will do site visits to make sure everything is running along smoothly and our materials and fixtures are being installed as designed. WDH will take photos of the project process as well as final photos and will give you credit on all social media publications.
